About Nicole Weston

Nicole Weston is a blogger, writer and recipe developer based in Los Angeles, California. She was an avid early reader of food blogs before she started writing herself, and was in the kitchen baking away long before that. It didn't take too long for her to put the two interests together and launch her own first blog. The rest is history, as she went on to not only build up a large readership at her primary blog, Baking Bites, but to write profusely on any and all food-related topics at other sites, such as Slashfood.com. Nicole also has a BA in Linguistics from UC Berkeley and holds a certificate in professional pastry from the New School of Cooking in Los Angeles.

Nicole's writing is not limited to food. She also blogs about coffee at Brewed Daily and maintains a blog documenting some of her travel experiences, as well as her photography, at Nic & Rob.
